Choco Coconut and Cococnut Puff Puff

This season has been very busy for me. I have been working hard and hustling for money. I also have my mother in law around, so I have been busy taking care of her needs. E nor easy…I tell you.

Luckily, she happens to be a huge fan of puff puff, so I decided to be creative with it. Walking into my ladder, I noticed I had four packets of desicated coconuts…left overs from a coconut rice I made for a company event a while ago. So I grabbed it, beside it was standing a can of Amel Susan Cocoa powder which I plucked off the rack too. You both are going into my puff puff recipe I said to myself.

And in they went.

Firstly, you need to follow my original puff puff recipe by clicking on Puff puff.

coconut 1

Just add 1/2 cup of desicated coconut to the dough. Desicated coconut is grated, dried coconuts.

  1. I used to love cooking, the feeling you get when the food is all done and younare like; see what I made. ? then for almost a year, the kitchen became my worst place, I just didn’t feel lime cooking. then I saw ur blog on IG, and my curiosity and love are back! thank you! ??

  2. I”m gonna try this this weekend……….and I can bet that my girls are gonna like it, hmmmmmmmm!!!!! I”m thinking Matse, that I may also try this with my pancake mix, what ya think? Wish I can share pictures with you! Welldone my “creative food mentor”

    1. Weldone Vivian! I am sooooo proud of you. 🙂 I doubt you will get it right with pancake mix as it already has set ingredients. I’d suggest you do this from the scratch with flour and yeast.
